Typically, a long project takes 4 to 6 months depending on the weather and city inspectors who need to sign off on various phases of the job.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. We warrant that the work we perform is free from structural defects for up to 10 years. And we offer a 4-year warranty on items we install.

Who oversees the project at the job site?

The person in charge of the project will be Dionne. For any updates on any aspect of the job, Dionne will address our clients and will ask Pasqual-Rup construction experts any questions that relate to the project.

Do I talk to the workers at the site for updates on progress?

We prefer that you go through Pasqual-Rup management if you have any questions. The partners at Pasqual-Rup believe in face-to-face communication through either weekly meetings or zoom calls. We keep you informed of the progress at every stage and are fully responsive to your every concern. We are your single point of contact because workers typically only know certain aspects of the job.

When I have a complaint whom do I tell?

Pasqual-Rup management will have all the information on the entire project. Complaints will be addressed with management. When our homeowners have a concern, so do we. We respond quickly and are dedicated not only to building you a masterpiece remodel or ADU but to giving you an enjoyable construction experience.

What time do guys start working in the morning so neighbors don’t complain about the noise?

We start work no earlier than 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. if requested by the client.

How often do you clean the job site?

We clean up throughout the day, at the end of the day, and thoroughly at the end of a phase. If we are framing, we will organize and clean up scraps throughout the day.

Can I hire Pasqual-Rup to do individual construction tasks?

Yes. We offer all aspects of construction as individual la carte services. For example, trenching lines, installing cabinets, facilitating permits, building retaining walls, wooden decks or patio covers, and so much more. Just call us to discuss your needs.
